經文：「因為我們雖然在血氣中行事，卻不憑著血氣爭戰。我們爭戰的兵器本不是屬血氣的，乃是在神面前有能力，可以攻破堅固的營壘，將各樣的計謀，各樣攔阻人認識神的那些自高之事，一概攻破了，又將人所有的心意奪回，使他都順服基督。」（林後10:3-5）
說明：
我們的爭戰是屬靈的，所以政治的對錯可以明辨，卻無須兵戎相見。因為真正的問題是人內心的堅固營壘，使人自高，不一定越辯越明。我們的目標攻破心思營壘，奪回心意，順服基督。
禱告重點：
1. 請宣告至高者在人的國中掌權（但4:17），神有權廢王和立王（但2:21）。請為香港管治官員祈禱，辨識其堅固營壘是甚麼，在此認罪並加以捆綁代禱。
2. 為影響著香港的各個勢力作爭戰禱告，為要攻破各樣的計謀，推倒一切自高之事。要「將人所有的心意奪回，使他都順服基督」，這就是願神的旨意行在地上，叫神的旨意在人各樣主義之上。

Scripture: “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh (for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the casting down of strongholds), casting down imaginations, and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ;” (2 Corinthians 10:3-5)
Explanation:
For any political issue, we may discern right or wrong, but don’t treat each other as enemies because the nature of the warfare is spiritual. The crux of the problem is the strongholds in our hearts making us arrogant, therefore, debate does not necessarily lead to clarity. Our target is to demolish our mental strongholds and take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.
Prayer Note:
1. Please declare that the Most High is sovereign over all kingdoms on earth (Daniel 4:17) and that the Lord sets up kings and deposes them (Daniel 2:21). Please pray for the governing officials of Hong Kong, and identify their strongholds. Confess the sin of those strongholds on their behalf and bind them accordingly.
2. Fight the spiritual warfare in prayer over the evil forces influencing Hong Kong. Our goal is to pull down strongholds, to cast down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into the obedience of Christ. It means to let God’s will be done on Earth, above all human doctrines.
