12/11（星期三）：迎接耶穌
經文：「耶和華啊，求你拯救！耶和華啊，求你使我們亨通！奉耶和華名來的是應當稱頌的！我們從耶和華的殿中為你們祝福！」（詩118:25-26）

說明：
「耶和華啊，求你拯救！」就是和散那。「奉耶和華名來的是應當稱頌的」就是歡迎耶穌。當年耶穌進入耶路撒冷，群眾是這樣歡迎祂的。願香港歡迎耶穌進來。

禱告重點：
1. 當城市還未曉得歡迎耶穌作王，教會先要歡迎耶穌。若教會或信徒因政見不同而互相排斥和仇視，就是沒有以耶穌為王，因為我們拒絕祂所愛和救贖的。請為教會認真以基督為元首（弗1:22）並肢體間彼此接納代禱。
2. 「我們從耶和華的殿中為你們祝福！」，教會的角色是祝福平安，而非咒詛。若對方不配祝福，祝福便歸我們（路10:6）。耶穌是和平之君，教會的責任是使人和睦（太5:9），請為教會能以基督使者的身分祝福城市代禱。

12/11(Wed): Welcoming Jesus
Scripture: “Lord, save us! Lord, grant us success! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. From the house of the Lord we bless you.” (Psalms 118:25-26)

Explanation:
“Lord, save us!” is what Hosanna means. “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.” means welcoming Jesus. That was how Jesus was welcomed when He entered Jerusalem. May Hong Kong welcome Jesus to enter into the city!

Prayer Note:
1. Before the city knows to welcome Jesus as king, the church must welcome Him first. If the church or believers are hostile to one another because of different political views, then we do not honor Jesus as the king because we reject what He loves and redeems. Please pray for the church to take Christ as head (Ephesians 1:22) and for the members to accept each other.
2. “From the house of the Lord we bless you.” The role of the church is to bless with peace, not to curse. If the other person is not worthy of blessing, the blessing belongs to us. (Luke 10:6). Jesus is the Prince of Peace, and the responsibility of the church is to be the peacemaker (Matthew 5:9). Pray for the church to bless the city as the ambassador for Christ.
